In mid July 2021 my husband and I made the decision to put our house on the market. At first we were nervous because of how quickly things were closing. Lance met us at our house and reassured us that this was a great decision especially during the market at the time. Lance walked the house and gave us a price. We talked about listing on the lower end to allow for more wiggle room. (Which in the end was a very smart decision). We went coming soon and within a few days had the entire day of going live booked. We had multiple offers by the next day of going live. Lance went through all of the offers explaining each one in detail (which for me was helpful). He helped us to choose the best one for us. Lance's knowledge and expertise were evident throughout our process. We were under contract in a little over 24 hours and closed a month later. During this time we were looking for another house. Lance knew exactly what we wanted. He called us and let us know there was a house in Lancaster with a basement. He saw the house and really thought it was the one for us. He told us it would go quick. We drove by and decided to put an offer in. Lance helped us to make an offer, we saw the house and loved it. Lance was great. This was my first experience buying a house. He was always willing to explain things to me, and very responsive. The first house I went and toured Lance was already looking at the fan out side trying to get dates on the system, before I even got there because it was not disclosed by the company selling. Lance was very open to meeting around my schedule. My girlfriend and I were both working at the time, so trying to find time to see houses was tough. I ran into some issues that I had to deal with the closing attorney after due to an hoa payment from previous owners not being made, but even know it was not Lance's job to he help me stay on top of them to get this done, he was on top of it. Truly a man of many trades. All in all I would recommend Lance to friends and family in the updates and Charlotte.
