I'm Your Southern Yankee, through and through! I was born up North, NJ to be exact, but I never truly felt at home until I made the move South. After a stretch in South Carolina, my family and I settled back in North Carolina for good, and this area is where I choose to call home.
My wife and I knew we wanted to start our family, and the Carolinas were where we wanted to plant our roots. We made 3 visits before we settled on South Charlotte as our destination, and I'm glad we did. The people, the weather, our Queen City, the vibrant food scene, killer craft beer breweries, and the pace of growth all around us make this one of the most exciting places in the country to call home.
Shortly after making the move, I knew there was one more change to make: my career. I wanted work that actually mattered, work where I could make a real difference in someone's life instead of just hitting a number. Real estate was the only thing that ever got me excited that way, and once I made the leap, I never looked back. Helping people accomplish their dream of homeownership is still the most rewarding thing I do.
Before real estate, I spent years in sales and management with Verizon, and one thing stuck with me: I never wanted to push something on someone just to hit a number. That's exactly how I still work today. I check in proactively before you have to ask, which is why one client nicknamed me "The Follow-Up King." I explain every step clearly, especially for first-time buyers, and I negotiate every deal looking for your best path forward to get the deal closed. I've worked in new home sales, residential resales, commercial deals, raw land, construction-to-perm, and even helped developers identify and take down large tracts of land, so there's a good chance I've already handled something like what you're facing.
